i love hot chocolate and would be miserable! maybe you are allergic to chocolate? does it happen when chocolate bars? maybe the sugar? i hope its none of these things.

It could be that your stomach is sensitive to heat. Try cooling down your hot chocolate with a dash of cold milk before drinking.
